The cuisine at Chalet N<\/span> elegantly spans a wide range: From conventional dishes from the Voralberg region, such as roast pork and Wiener schnitzel, liver cheese or game dishes, to traditional Kaiserschmarren. Everything is prepared with ingredients from the region. This culinary offer is completed by international delicacies such as beef from Japan, tuna from Spain and white truffles from Italy, which unfold their aroma so inimitably in pasta.
